So much has happend in the past few months and the adventures are just beginning. I am leaving for Moab, Utah on Thursday for a ropes training camp. I am nowhere near prepared and have 2 days to round up all the gear that I need for the weekend. This trip will teach me the skills I need to know for primal quest, so it should be an awesome experience in a place that I've never been before. I can't wait to post pics next week!!!! When I get back, we have an adventure race in Kentucky and a lot of the top teams will be there...should be interetsing.
As far as the tri training is concerned, things are progressing farily well. My run speed is a little faster than last year, I think my biking is coming a long and the pool is a weekly battle. It's really hard for me to find time to swim, but I honestly do feel better after a great swim workout. So, hopefully I'll take it a little more serious now that I'm not working so many extra hours.
