The Time Has Come

After working for the JCC for 7 years, it is finally time for me to be my own boss.  My friend Jason is moving, so I am buying his personal training studio, Elite Indy.  In order to make it personal, I am renaming it The Fitness Lab!  This is a new challenge that I cannot wait to take on!  The Fitness Lab will be a private fitness retreat for me and my clients.  It will be full of strength training, pilates, treadmill sweat sessions and indoor bike workouts! It will take me a year or two to turn the space from Jason's dream studio into my own, but patience is a virtue I have been practicing!

My blog, once just my personal rants, will now become a place where you can find fitness tips and inspiration.  There will no longer be just pictures of my experiences, but pictures and stories of my clients and their journies as well.
